intimacies of many kinds rely on consent: but have you ever found it hard to know whether you want to say yes or no, or felt unsure afterwards? in this workshop, participants will be offered tools to learn and recognize what yes, no, and maybe feel like in their bodies. participants will work with a simple framework to make decisions about consent, and to continuously build their knowledge of what works and feels good for them. we anchor this work in curiosity, self-compassion, and self-accountability. while this will be a space where explicit sex talk is welcomed, consent & embodiment aren't only about sex, and neither are the skills and activities we'll be working with.
